At the moment we only offer a "collect in store" service due to the nature of the products we sell. We are hoping to provide our own local delivery in the future and plans to expand on that.

Rest assured, just like our commitment to our products, we apply the same commitment to privacy and security. Our site is fully secure and you are able to purchase from us in total confidence using PayPal for all of your transactions. You can shop as a guest, or create an account for convenience when you return and all data is encrypted and stored securely. For increased security, your payment details are not held with us. If you have any concerns about your data, then please do not hesitate to get in touch.
We have made placing an order through Deli Fuego Shop as easy as possible. If you've created an account from a previous visit then this will provide you with quick and easy checkout options. All your details that have been stored previously will be inserted for you (except credit card details, these are not stored with us) when you arrive at the checkout page. If you haven't created an account then you will have the ability to checkout as a guest. This has been streamlined so you only need to enter enough information to receive your order successfully. If you think we can improve on this procedure, then we would love to hear from you.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
All of our payments are handled through Paypal which is fast and secure. We accept Visa Credit Card, Visa Debit Card, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Mastercard Debit Card, Maestro and JCB. It is not necessary to have a PayPal account to make your purchase. If you don't have an account you will still be sent to PayPal to process your order. You will be able to complete your purchase by using any of the listed card types above. We may on occasion offer special promotions. To make sure you don't miss out on this, please remember to subscribe to our newsletter.
You can view your order at any time by logging back into your account or following links in your email confirmation (if you didn't create an account). If you need help at any time with your order then please do not hesitate to contact us.
Updating Account Information
You can update your account information at any time. Simply log into your account and you will arrive at your Dashboard. From here you can amend your contact details, view orders (past and pending), unsubscribe from newsletters, change your wishlist and more. Again, if you get any problems then please get in touch.
We are confident at Deli Fuego that you will be 100% happy with your order. You as the shopper though, have the right to cancel the transaction provided it is within 24hrs of your purchase. If you do cancel your order, then you will have your payment refunded through PayPal. If you fail to cancel your order within 24hrs then you will be responsible for the full purchase price of your order as the making of your cake will have already commenced. Refunds can take up to 30 days to appear on your statement.
